Limit Titles

While working in the Edit Inventory section of MusicMix or on Inventory Reports, you may choose to include only certain groups of titles in the editing windows or in the print-outs of reports. Include only titles from certain rotations, years, chart ranges, music sources, or certain attributes. You may also include only titles containing certain words.

For Inventory Editing, this feature only affects the action of the {PgUp}/{PgDn} keys in the Edit Title Details Screen, but is extremely useful when viewing the Browse Titles window and you wish to see only a subset of the library.

Click Limits on the Inventory Screen or on the Inventory Reports Screen to activate the Limit Titles dialogue box.

Click check-boxes under Rotations, Attributes or Sources to limit the title list to include only titles in those categories.  You may click All to check every choice, or None to clear all checks.  In Rotations, you may click Air to include only those titles which are in rotation categories currently used on-air.  (Rotations with a schedule order different than zero).

You may also limit titles to a certain period of years or chart positions by filling in the appropriate boxes. 

Enter a word of phrase under "Title" to include only titles containing that phrase.

Each group heading (Rotations, Attributes, Sources, Years, Chart Positions, Titles) includes a checkbox.  You may clear the check box if you wish to deactivate the limitation.  You choices for the group will remain intact, but will be ignored by the title listing.  Check the heading box to activate the limitation again.
