Using Enco Digital Automation

The key to using Enco in MusicMix is proper entry in the Source and Source Number fields.  The MusicMix Source is two characters.  The first character must be filled in using the Enco "function" code:

Please note:  Comments should be loaded in MusicMix as Events with a Source of "C".

The MusicMix Source Number is a four digit cut number.  This number will be left padded with a zero to make up the Enco five digit number.  If you wish a leading number other than zero, you may enter it as the second character in the Source field.

Examples:

MusicMix Source= N, Source Number= 1234.   Enco Function is "Normal", Cut Number is 01234.

MusicMix Source= A1, Source Number= 5678.  Enco Function is "Auto play", Cut number is 15678.

Log File Name:

The daily playlists are output to the user selected path as "mmddyy.ASC" where "mmddyy" is month, date, and year of the playlist.  You'll browse to the appropriate date when you select the file for import into Enco.
