Click Find on the Inventory Screen to locate a new
title. Enter the Artist and Title you want to add, edit or delete.
As a time-saver, you don't need to type the entire name for Artist or Title.
Simply type the first few characters and the computer will find the closest
match.
Even if the computer doesn't find the artist you were expecting, typing a few
characters of the Title will correct the situation.
Other title-search short-cuts are provided by two Function Keys. Function Key F2
repeats the previous entry on either the artist or the title line.
Function Key F4 offers a selection box to use when you know the artist, but
aren't sure of the title, or you know the title, but aren't sure of the artist.
You may scroll through the list using the up and
down arrow keys. Press {Enter} when the light-bar is on the title you wish to
edit or delete. Press {Esc} or click Cancel if there are no titles you wish to use.
The {F4} selection box, besides enabling you to find names you can't remember,
is a quick way to see a listing of all titles by a particular artist, or all
artists who have recorded the same song.
On the Find Title screen, the Page-Up and Page-Down keys are also active. After entering
an artist, the cursor moves to the Title box. Press {PgDn} to move to the next
artist in alphabetical order; {PgUp} to move to the previous artist in
alphabetical order.
Click Find It to locate the title, Cancel to return to the title
you were working on.
