From the Reports menu, choose Playlists.
Normally, you will print your daily playlist (or create a log file for
automation) as part of the scheduling process in "Create Playlist". But here,
you may also go back and look at a previous playlist (or part of it), create a
log file for automation, or reprint a playlist. On the report parameters
screen you'll select the date and starting and ending hour of the playlist you'd
like to see. (Note that the ending hour is the last hour to include.) You may
also enter a heading. For "log file" output, some options are not available
since they don't apply.
Failure Codes:
The extreme right-hand column of the playlist indicates whether the title
scheduled "passed" all scheduling rules. If the title was a "perfect" choice (it
passed every scheduling rule), nothing will display.
Failure Code Summary:
Code | Description |
D | Previous Days' Play conflict |
A | Artist-separation failure |
T | Duplicate title-separation failure |
(1-9) | Failure on that attribute number |
@ | Every title failed every scheduling rule and as a last resort, the system simply scheduled the most rested title in the rotation |
% | An attribute was forced in that time slot, but the system was unable to achieve the force with the music that was available in the search depth |
# | An attribute was forced in that time slot, but the system had to ignore every scheduling rule to achieve the force with the music that was available in the search depth |
| | A double-play by the same artist was scheduled but was not achieved |
